Description

Thermo is a professional-grade thermometer simulator designed to enhance realism in healthcare education, clinical skills training and patient assessment scenarios. Modelled after the Welch Allyn SureTemp Plus 690, it gives learners a familiar hospital-style temperature assessment experience while allowing educators to control displayed readings remotely through the Innov2Learn app.

Suitable for use with standardised patients and low-, medium- and high-fidelity manikins, Thermo supports realistic temperature-taking workflows in a wide range of simulation environments. Readings can be displayed in either °C or °F, making the device suitable for healthcare training programmes across the UK, Europe, the United States and other international markets.

Thermo is supplied with an oral probe, and both oral and rectal probe formats are compatible with Welch Allyn-style probe covers, helping educators mirror real clinical practice during training. An audible signal sounds when a temperature reading is displayed, reinforcing correct technique and improving scenario flow.

With over 4 hours of continuous operation, USB-C charging, battery-level visibility and wireless Bluetooth control over distances of more than 15 metres, Thermo offers a reliable and repeatable way to integrate temperature assessment into nursing education, OSCE preparation, hospital training and multidisciplinary simulation.
