Description
Baby-S is a pediatric scale simulator created for neonatal and paediatric healthcare training. It allows instructors to display scenario-specific infant weight values on an existing baby scale, helping learners practise realistic weight assessment, documentation and clinical decision-making during simulation.
Designed to work with most pediatric scales, Baby-S attaches using a patent-filed neodymium magnet system that allows quick fitting and removal for charging, storage or transport. It can be used with functional or retired scales, making it a practical way to upgrade existing training equipment.
Through the Innov2Learn app, educators can remotely control the displayed infant weight, creating smooth, uninterrupted scenarios without revealing simulated values verbally. The bright touchscreen display supports kilograms, pounds and ounces, making Baby-S suitable for training programmes across the UK, Europe, North America and other international regions.
Baby-S is especially useful for neonatal nursing, paediatric assessment, growth monitoring and medication-dosing scenarios, where accurate weight interpretation is a key part of the learner experience.
